Dedicated Account Teams

 Employees discussing facilities maintenance project. Each of our account management teams have specific capabilities related to the composition of facility, industry type, or software process. Each team consists of a Client Program Manager with a supporting staff that includes Project Coordinators, Customer Service Representatives, and a Project Accountant. All transactions are managed and performed by our client teams, not a call center. A team member is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergency.
